Controller Wiring Simulator Wiring

Land a generic DDC controller the way you would in the field — power it from a transformer, drop sensors and outputs, and click terminal-to-terminal to run the wire. Get it right and the points read live; get it wrong and it fails the way real hardware fails — a sensor goes open, an actuator sits dead, the fuse pops. One simplification: the 4–20 mA loop here runs off the 24 V hot leg, while a real two-wire transmitter is DC loop-powered (typically 12–30 VDC from a dedicated supply or the controller's loop-power terminal). The wiring shape and the failure modes are the same either way. Desktop tool — wiring wants a mouse and room. New to landing a controller? Start with the explainer →
